FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about Mislens wholesale orders, samples, private label production, quality and product support.
Wholesale & Orders
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for wholesale orders?
Our standard wholesale MOQ is 100 pairs, with a minimum of 5 pairs per SKU. This allows buyers to start with a mixed product selection without committing to large quantities.
How are product prices and tiered discounts calculated?
Pricing depends on the product, order quantity, packaging format and specific order requirements. Volume-based pricing may apply to larger orders. Contact us with your product selection and estimated quantity for a quotation.
Can I order samples before placing a wholesale order?
Yes. Samples are available for product evaluation before a wholesale order. We can usually provide 3–5 pairs of samples free of charge, while the buyer covers shipping. Sample delivery typically takes around 3–7 business days.
What payment methods are available?
We commonly accept T/T, PayPal and credit card payments. Payment arrangements can be confirmed with our team based on the order.
Private Label
Do you support OEM/ODM private label production? What is the MOQ?
Yes. Mislens supports both OEM and ODM private label production. The standard MOQ starts from 1,000 pairs for both cooperation models. Specific requirements may vary depending on the product and packaging configuration.
What is the production lead time for OEM and ODM orders?
OEM: Once the lens design is confirmed, the production lead time is approximately 35–45 days. ODM: Once the packaging sample is confirmed, the production lead time is approximately 15–25 days.
What packaging and branding options are available for private label projects?
We support custom labels and private label packaging in multiple packaging formats. Packaging artwork and samples can be confirmed before production, subject to the requirements of the selected project.
Quality & Compliance
What certifications and regulatory documentation are available?
Mislens products are manufactured through facilities with relevant quality and regulatory certifications, including CE and ISO 13485. Regulatory documentation and market-specific registration support may be available depending on the product and destination market.
How do you ensure product quality?
Products go through quality control and pre-shipment inspection before delivery. Batch information is retained so that quality issues can be traced and reviewed when necessary.
Product Support
Why do contact lenses move or shift on the eye?
Lens movement can be related to fit, including the base curve and diameter. A lens that does not fit properly may move excessively or feel unstable. If the problem persists, the wearer should stop using the lens and consult an eye care professional to confirm proper fit.
What should I do if contact lenses stick together?
Place the lens in your palm and rinse it with approved contact lens solution. Gently rub the lens with your fingertip. If the edges do not separate easily, soak the lens in solution and allow it to return to its normal shape. Do not force the lens apart if it appears damaged.
